Founder of Eastern Outdoor Brotherhood
As one of the founders of Eastern Outdoor Brotherhood, it was never just about hunting, fishing, or spending time outdoors. It grew out of something much more personal—the feeling that too many men, myself included, spend parts of our lives walking alone.
As a husband, father, outdoorsman, educator, and leader, I have spent much of my life encouraging others, building people up, and trying to make a difference in the lives of those around me. But somewhere along the way, I also realized how easy it is for men to carry their struggles quietly, shoulder responsibilities alone, and go through seasons of life without the kind of genuine brotherhood they need.
That realization became the heart behind Eastern Outdoor Brotherhood.
I created EOB to build the kind of community I believe men are searching for—a place rooted in Faith, Family, Brotherhood, and the Outdoors, where men can share their stories, celebrate the good days, be honest about the hard ones, and know they have BROTHERS standing beside them. The outdoors may be what brings people together, but the relationships built there are what matter most.
At the center of my vision is Proverbs 27:17: “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” I believe men become better husbands, fathers, friends, leaders, and human beings when they have other good men challenging them, encouraging them, and walking alongside them.
EOB exists because no man was meant to walk alone. And for me, the Brotherhood is about making sure fewer men ever have to feel like they do.

Jason is one of the men helping turn Eastern Outdoor Brotherhood from an idea into a real community. His love for the outdoors, faith, family, and genuine friendship made him a natural part of the vision from the beginning.
Jason understands the value of having good men around you—men who can laugh together, hunt and fish together, talk honestly about life, and stand beside one another when things get difficult. To him, the outdoors creates a place to slow down, clear your mind, build memories, and have conversations that often don’t happen anywhere else.
As Co-Founder, Jason helps bring the Brotherhood to life through shared experiences, stories, conversations, and a commitment to creating something bigger than hunting or fishing alone. He believes strong friendships and genuine brotherhood can help men become better husbands, fathers, friends, and leaders.
At the heart of that belief is Proverbs 27:17: “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” Jason wants EOB to be a place where men know they belong, where friendships become brotherhood, and where no man has to walk through life alone.
